ExtraCare Health Services, LLC was founded in 1991 by Executive Director, John Kelly. Our outpatient drug and alcohol counseling centers provide an individualized approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on building self-esteem in our clients and helping empower them to take effective control of their lives. Our NJ based program has had an extremely high success rate because our board-certified and licensed counselors and psychologist design a program just for you or your family member to help deal with alcohol and drug abuse.

In addition to being Director of ExtraCare, John Kelly is a National Board Certified Addiction Specialist, Board Certified Social Worker, Certified Forensic Examiner and Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Examiners. He is well known as a consultant, evaluator and expert witness in the field of addictive illness and criminal profiling (and its relationship to addictive illness).
