Welcome to the Women's Treatment Center (TWTC), where knowledge, experience and compassion combine to provide women battling addiction a chance for recovery and a new life.

Specialized Care for Women and Children

Since 1990, TWTC has been the state's premier agency providing rehabilitative services, tools and support in a community-based setting to women recovering from addiction.

As a nationally-recognized residential treatment model, we have helped thousands of women and their children through innovative programs and services specifically designed to meet their unique needs.

Working Together to Bring Change

Now more than ever, the need for TWTC's services is critical, as issues of health, child-welfare and criminal justice escalate in Illinois communities.  We currently service close to 1200 women and 400 children annually, with many more seeking assistance.

Our work is possible because of the generous support of funders that share our vision to change lives and break intergenerational patterns of abuse, incarceration and poverty.

We urge you to about TWTC and consider becoming a part of the solution in a woman's or a child's life.
