Midwest Treatment Center provides alcohol and drug treatment classes and counseling that is designed to satisfy both court ordered and Secretary of State treatment requirements. We offer all levels of outpatient treatment for DUI and drug-related arrests in Chicago and throughout Illinois for license reinstatement.

This agency is licensed DUI counselor by the State of Illinois - Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA) since June 2003.

An alcohol and drug evaluation (Uniform Report) will determine your treatment classification (the number of hours you will need to complete) to satisfy court and/or the Secretary of State for driver’s license reinstatement.

We offer all four levels of outpatient treatment classes: Minimum Risk, Moderate Risk, Significant Risk and High Risk. We will work with your court contact (social worker or probation officer) to keep them up to date on your progress.

Midwest Treatment Center is an industry leader in quality DUI counseling and affordable pricing. In addition to our low fees, we will put your total cost in writing prior to you starting an evaluation and/or treatment classes. We offer Indigent Pricing and Illinois Sliding Fee Pricing to those in financial need.
