Addiction and Behavioral Counseling Services, Inc.,  was established in 1999 to provide outpatient services to those struggling with addiction.  ABCS provides substance abuse education, anger management, adolescent treatment, individual counseling, group therapy, risk management, OWI evaluations, assessments and relapse prevention and interventions. 

We do not accept insurance at this time.
