The Family Health Centers of Clark, Floyd and Harrison Counties are located in Jeffersonville, New Albany and Corydon Indiana. Each community health center is unique as the town in which it is located, but all share the same mission:

“To provide health care to the low-income underinsured and uninsured residents of Southern Indiana.” We strive to provide high quality primary health care in the communities we serve with special emphasis on caring for the medically underserved and uninsured. Our board certified physicians and nurse practitioners  offer you a full range of primary health care services. We welcome any person seeking care regardless of the ability to pay. We accept Medicaid and Medicare, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income for any person who is uninsured. We are a Federal Tort Claims Act deemed organization.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to provide your healthcare. Whether you require care for the flu, assistance managing your diabetes or hypertension, you can count on us for high quality service.
