20th Anniversary Celebration Since its inception on May 3, 1993, Interlink Counseling Services, Inc. still maintains its original mission to create a full continuum of care, and ICS is quickly approaching its 20th anniversary. After twenty (20) years, we know that this approach is more vital than ever with the increasing need for mental health services.

On May 10, 2013, ICS will be celebrating its 20th anniversary. In order to commemorate this date, we are currently launching a new campaign to make this day the beginning of a fresh outlook for ICS. Furthermore, we want to guarantee that the next twenty (20) years will be dedicated to increasing the quality and quantity of our mental health services.
