Welcome to the web site for Cumberland River Behavioral Health (CRBH). We are a community based not-for-profit organization providing services in mental health, developmental delay, intellectual disabilities and chemical dependency for eight Southeastern Kentucky counties. This site is dedicated to helping visitors understand the types of mental health services available in the Cumberland River service area.
