Through the use of hand weights, real life functional movement patterns such as twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, lunging and squatting are executed in a FUN and creative way. Core training, balance and flexibility are included to create a total well rounded program. Because of the multi-joint movement patterns, you will feel a real “commotion” in your core!
