Centerpoint Health is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located at the Conover Medical Center in Franklin, OH. We are here to meet your health needs through integrated primary, dental, and behavioral health care.

The cost of health care is high, and can be a large burden for many people and their families. Our goal at Centerpoint Health is to ease that burden by offering high quality, accessible, and affordable health care, regardless of insurance coverage. We accept most public insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, private insurance, and also serve those who are uninsured.
