THE FIRST SOLUTION TO RESIDENTIAL, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTPATIENT, COMMUNITY BASED, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES. Primary Care Solutions provides an array of services to both adolescents and adults. Our mission to provide housing, adaptive living skills, outpatient services, substance abuse services, supported employment services, and other necessary supports to youth and young adults whom otherwise would be homeless, incarcerated or institutionalized. We believe that when supported with the necessary services and supports, every individual has the opportunity to live a healthy and productive life.
