Holy Cross Youth & Family Services acquired the assets of Kairos Healthcare in 2012. Their hope was to continue (and grow) the mission of providing behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services. Kairos Healthcare began providing substance abuse services in Saginaw and Genesee counties in 1997.

Kairos Healthcare is licensed to provide a variety of substance abuse services including:

Kairos Healthcare was fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities in October 2006. The current tri-annual accreditation continued through October 2012. Current full CARF accreditation includes adult, adolescent and child mental health and substance abuse treatment. Kairos is fully accredited for both outpatient and residential services.

Licensure: Kairos Healthcare possesses a standard license as a Detoxification, Residential and Outpatient Substance Abuse Program. Our current license (#730229 – Queen of Angels and #730230 – Fayette) was issued by the Michigan Department of Community Health, Bureau of Health Systems. Kairos Healthcare also possesses a license and designations as a Child Caring Institution (#CI730317159). This license was issued by the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services, Bureau of Family Services.
