Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center offers medication assisted treatment to both men and women, aged 18 and above, who are struggling with an addiction to opioids. Our comprehensive treatment includes the use of safe medications along with various therapeutic interventions.

The team of physicians, nurses, and counselors at Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center is dedicated to providing patients with a compassionate and customized plan of treatment to meet their individualized needs. Our staff closely monitors both the prescription and the administration of the specific medications so as to ensure that patients are receiving the appropriate treatment to achieve a successful outcome. Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center offers the following medications to patients struggling with an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or morphine:

The specific medication that is prescribed, as well as the exact dosage amount given, will vary depending on the health status and the needs of each individual patient. By working closely with one of our dedicated physicians, patients are able to make changes to their dosages throughout the course of treatment should their needs change.

Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center believes that, in order for patients to receive an all-inclusive treatment approach, providing treatment for the emotional component of addiction must also be addressed. By incorporating therapeutic interventions into treatment, patients are able to gain a deeper understanding of what caused them to abuse drugs in the first place. Once patients understand the root causes of their addiction, they are able to learn healthy coping techniques to use moving forward. Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center also believes that patients greatly benefit from group therapy sessions where they are able to gain support and encouragement from other patients who are also struggling with addiction.
