Huntington Comprehensive Treatment Center provides medication assisted treatment for men and women, aged 18 and older, who have been struggling with an opioid addiction. Our comprehensive treatment includes the use of specified prescription medications, along with a blend of therapeutic interventions.

The dedicated staff of physicians, nurses, and counselors at Huntington Comprehensive Treatment Center provides individualized treatment to patients struggling with addictions to heroin, prescription painkillers, and morphine. Our qualified staff works closely with patients on an individualized basis in order to monitor and administer the proper medications for their specific treatment needs. Medications used at Huntington Comprehensive Treatment Center include:

Physicians will work individually with patients to determine which specific medication would be the best fit based on their specific needs, as well as their current health status. Dosage recommendations as well as any dosing changes made throughout the program will also be determined on an individual basis. Our highly trained physicians will work with each patient to ensure the correct medication and dosage is prescribed.

The team at Huntington Comprehensive Treatment Centers truly believes that in order to achieve long-lasting recovery, individuals must tackle both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction. We feel that through therapeutic interventions patients are able to develop a deeper understanding of the root causes for their addiction. By understanding what may have caused and contributed to their addiction, patients are able to learn healthy ways of coping and move forward without the aid of opioids. Huntington Comprehensive Treatment Center utilizes counselor-led therapy sessions in order to provide patients with the support and encouragement needed to be effective in recovery.
