Our treatment center has been Erie's most experienced methadone clinic for years.The Esper Treatment Center is an opiate treatment center specializing in the treatment of opiate addiction with a pharmacological therapeutic approach.

Opiate addiction is a serious problem in our country today that affects many. Opiate users will experience a dopamine high from the drugs, then once the high ceases, withdrawal symptoms take place, causing the need for more opiate drugs.

Addiction treatment can be one of the most difficult things a former user has to go for recovery. Methadone and Buprenorphrine are used to help withdrawal symptoms from the opiates. Treatments include individual counseling, group therapy, support group attendance and referrals to appropriate agencies for many issues affected by addiction.

The Esper Treatment Center’s mission is to assist persons to achieve recovery and improving their standard of living. In reaching those goals, Esper Treatment Center will provide a safe confidential environment, will treat the individual patient with respect and dignity, and provide referral to ancillary programs when necessary.
