Some roads at the Oceanfront will be closed Sunday, Sept. 4, for the 16th Annual Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon. If you’d like to participate, registration is open online through Aug. 28.

The sounds of rock, jazz, country, R&B, and more flood the Virginia Beach oceanfront for three sun-filled days over Labor Day Weekend at the American Music Festival. The AMF will feature three major headline bands on the 5th Street Main Stage between Sept. 2 - 4. 311, Culture Club and UB40.
