Welcome to the Family Counseling Center for Recovery website. For over 15 years FCCR staff have been providing specialized treatment options to clients and their families who are concerned about an alcohol abuse or substance abuse problem.

Before starting into any treatment program, it is important to receive a complete and accurate assessment. At FCCR, our therapists, Registered Nurses and our Addiction Psychiatrists are all experts in the field of substance abuse. We will work with you and your family to provide a full clinical assessment.

Once the assessment is complete, we will discuss the best treatment options available. The decision to seek counseling about an alcohol or substance abuse problem is an important one. Our website is designed to provide information about our services and to assist you in choosing the best treatment options for you and your family.

We are the only outpatient alcohol substance abuse program in the Richmond area that can offer onsite access to psychiatry services upon admission. Our staff will focus on determining an accurate diagnosis for you and then setting up an appropriate treatment plan.
