Maple Leaf Treatment Center (formerly known as Maple Leaf Farm) is one of the oldest, continuously operating, residential drug- and alcohol-abuse treatment and recovery centers in the country. We offer clinically managed residential detoxification and medium- to high-intensity residential substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment. Located in the serene foothills of Mt. Mansfield, in Underhill Vermont, Maple Leaf Treatment Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, is licensed by the State of Vermont and operates as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. The admissions process begins with a 30-minute telephone intake interview. Transportation services to Maple Leaf may also be arranged during this interview.
