is a family of facilities that provides a continuum of care for individuals who are challenged with addiction. We have treated people for over a decade, with some facilities that have operated for close to 40 years. Our program includes outpatient, residential and sober living transitional environments. The Pinnacle treatment family treats people as individuals.

We operate on a multistate basis and work seamlessly with personal lifestyles and schedules. Our goal is to provide service convenient to all people – to make the journey more manageable. The majority of our locations accept insurance and many accept Medicaid.

We work under the names Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Recovery Works and Endeavor House and are known well in the communities in which we operate. We help to improve the health and welfare in the areas where we provide our service.

There are 29 Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Kentucky, Virginia, and Michigan, serving more than 10,000 people every day.

We offer medication assisted treatment (M.A.T.) and counseling for drug and alcohol addiction. We focus on long-term, positive outcomes and employ state-of-the-art practices.
