At East House, we are focused on helping adults in recovery from mental illness and substance use disorder to live independent and fulfilling lives. Through a network of services, which includes supported housing and care coordination as well as education and employment programs, East House treats the whole person and helps move individuals from illness to health.

Starting with the belief that stable housing is essential to an individual’s recovery, East House provides a full continuum of supportive housing levels including community residences, treatment apartments and supportive living opportunities.

Beyond housing and care coordination, East House provides services to ensure that clients have the opportunities and tools for a successful recovery. Based on the eight dimensions of wellness, East House Recovery Services provide opportunities to further and continue recovery.
