The County of Oswego Council on Alcoholism & Addictions (COCOAA) offers a full range of family-oriented services to those affected by chemical dependency, as well as assistance to community professionals working with individuals who are addicted.

The outpatient treatment program is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, and accepts health insurance and Medicaid.

Naturally, confidentiality and caring are the cornerstones of all services we provide.
