Please call us at 339.368.7696 or provide a phone number where you can be reached, and we will call you to set up an appointment. Make sure that the telephone number is one at which you are comfortable receiving a call from us. We are not able to communicate via email directly with patients or potential patients.

If you are a therapist, midlevel, or physician and are interested in treating substance dependence patients in our technology enabled, safe, and secure environments, please call us at 339.368.7696 and/or complete the form below to have a conversation about the opportunities currently available.

We are actively seeking opportunities to partner with your team to provide our best-in-class mental health and substance dependance services and expert clinical and administrative staff to your clinic facilities.  These partnerships provide valuable referral opportunities between our two patient populations with our patient population benefiting from the scope and proximity of your clinical services, and our team then able to provide preferred access for your patients needing our opioid addiction services. Column Health is expanding rapidly into numerous clinic locations in the Boston greater metropolitan area with plans to expand to other regions nationally in the coming months.

At Column Health, people who suffer from substance related disorders are people first and patients second.

We treat disorders related to the use of:

We also treat psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, phobias, attention deficit disorder, and virtually every other mental illness.

At Column Health, we treat each of these conditions effectively by creating a treatment plan that is designed to help you meet your own goals for yourself.  We provide medication assisted recovery-oriented treatment services and offer a full range of individual psychotherapies, group psychotherapies, and psychiatric medication management services at all our locations so you don’t have to coordinate your own care or struggle to make your own appointments at additional outside providers.

Yes!  Call us today, and we can see you without delay, usually within 48 hours. We’re adding new clinics all the time, so call us to find out where the closest and best option is for your treatment.

Yes! We accept all major insurance in the areas we serve. We also work with patients to find the best insurance plan for them and their specific treatment needs when their current plan fails to provide adequate coverage.

Yes, but you will be responsible for our self-pay rate, which is due prior to your appointment. If you have any concerns about paying for treatment we are happy to discuss them with you and assist you in the process.

If you currently don’t have insurance, we can help you get it. Call our main number.

Please talk to us. We will do what we are able to not let the cost of your co-pay get in the way of your treatment.

One of our intake specialists will talk to you for about 15 minutes and set up your first appointment.

Yes! Unlike other clinic sites that show you pretty pictures then send you to their dingy and sketchy locations in strip malls and behind run down houses, we take pride in building the finest treatment spaces available to anyone anywhere.  Your recovery is hard enough without crappy clinics. Like you, we wonder what those who misrepresent their facilities might also misrepresent about the services that they offer.

Yes, at any time.

Relapse or other difficulty in meeting your goals does not mean that you are no longer a patient. In many cases, we can continue to provide care consistent with your current state and goals. Our ability to provide addiction related services may change based on your use of substances but at all times, we will make every effort to make the best clinical decisions we are able. If you quit treatment for any reason, you may return at any time unless at the time of your departure another follow up plan is agreed upon.

We treat opioid dependence with buprenorphine containing medications (Suboxone and others) or Naltrexone contain products (Vivitrol and others).  Depending on your treatment program and the medication that you decide to take with our guidance, you’ll receive a prescription that you can fill at your local pharmacy and take orally or one that you will bring in for an injection on a monthly basis.

Suboxone (brand name for buprenorphine) is a medication used to treat opioid use disorders. Unlike methadone and other medications used to treat opioid use disorders, Suboxone is a prescription-based medication that you can take at home. It works by reducing and eliminating cravings for opioids, while allowing you to function in your life.

Vivitrol is a medication used to treat opioid and alcohol use disorders. It’s administered by injection once a month at a Column Health office. It reduces the positive sensations associated with the use of alcohol and opioids.

Neither is intrinsically better than other but depending on the individual patient, one may be a clear better choice at a given time. At your intake appointment, you and your Column Health doctor will work together to create your treatment plan. Part of creating this plan involves selecting which medication is better for you in your circumstances – Suboxone, or Vivitrol. Other deciding factors include current or previous treatment with Suboxone or Vivitrol, if you’ve been through an inpatient detox program, the extent of your addiction history, and other individual factors.

Offering therapy in our clinics instead of making you go elsewhere means that your care is more efficient for you and our interdisciplinary team can coordinate their care for you much more effectively.

Research has shown effective treatment of substance use disorders combines medication (Suboxone, Vivitrol, and psychiatric medications) and psychotherapy. By itself, medication can reduce cravings and withdrawal, and to successfully recover from substance use you need to change your habits and thought processes. Therapy helps you strengthen your relationships; address financial, occupational, family and other stresses; improve anxiety and depression; and make meaningful changes for a healthy fulfilled life.

Yes!   Our electronic health records securely enable our clinicians to access your up to date patient records at any of our locations, enabling seamless, higher quality care at any of our locations.  So if you move, or change jobs, or simply want to go to one of our new locations that is more convenient for you, give us a call and we will make that happen.

Call our main number to reschedule your appointment. We’ll help you find a time that works with your schedule.

Call our main number as soon as possible so we can help you with prior authorization requests and ensure that your pharmacy has the most up-to-date prescription.
