CARE was founded in 1999 to provide outpatient mental health services to Hawaii's children, adolescents and adults through a network of mental health professionals committed to best practices in service delivery. ï¿

Children's services are provided to youth identified as in need of mental health services in order to benefit from their educational experience. ï¿ï¿ï¿

Adult services are provided for individuals with serious mental illness including schizophrenia, bi-polar illnesses, depression and dual-diagnosis disorders. ï¿

CARE Hawaii provides an intensive outpatient treatment program for individuals having a chemical dependency.ï¿
