Serving the health care needs of East Hawai'i Island families for over 32 years.

East Hawai'i Island communities with accessible, affordable, comprehensive, and high quality patient-centered health care services.

Aloha and mahalo for choosing Bay Clinic. As CEO, I am committed to fulfilling Bay Clinic’s mission to provide safe, high quality, culturally appropriate, comprehensive health care to the people and communities we serve. Our goal is to provide you and your family with the highest quality patient-centered healthcare services you expect and deserve.

We are a NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home for over 22,000 East Hawai’i residents with approximately 80,000 annual encounters. I am very proud of our excellent team of 180 professionals who are focused on giving our patients the very best patient-centered care possible.

In December 2014, we opened our latest clinic, Ka’u Family Health and Dental Center in Na’alehu. In January 2016, we moved to our new corporate office in downtown Hilo, which allows us to establish a call center to ensure patients can make appointments in a timely manner and decrease wait times on the phone. We have also procured a new mobile van that will be deployed in July 2016 to provide medical and dental services throughout East Hawai’i.

By expanding our footprint and focusing on our patient’s needs, Bay Clinic continues to provide quality and comprehensive heath care to more people everyday. I am proud of the progress we’ve made over the past several years. All of us at Bay Clinic are dedicated to continuing our work of eliminating barriers to care and improving the patient experience for everyone in East Hawai’i.

So, if you are new to Bay Clinic, welcome and, if you are returning to us, mahalo for continuing to place your trust in us.
