Narco Freedom, Inc. (“Narco Freedom”) is no longer operating clinical and housing programs. Pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (United States of America v. Narco Freedom, Inc. No. 14-8593), on September 22, 2015 Narco Freedom transitioned its (a) clinical programs and houses in the Bronx to Samaritan Village and (b) clinical programs and houses in Brooklyn to Acacia Network. In September 2015, Narco closed its clinical operations in Long Island City.
On January 19, 2016, a voluntary petition for liquidation under chapter 7 was filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Case No. 16-10123 (SMB). Alan Nisselson was appointed Trustee.
