Dr. Fairbanks provides dental care services for the Primary Health Network. He joined PHN in December 2015. Dr. Fairbanks graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and his Master degree of Arts in Choral Conducting from University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah.He earned his dental degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Boston, MA.

Deborah Gosnell is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who provides family health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in December 2015. Deborah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Pennsylvania State University, Sharon, PA and her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Edinboro, PA.

Irene Clifton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides behavioral health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in October 2015. Irene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and a Masters in Social Work degree from University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. Shajihan provides child and adolescent psychiatry services for The Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in July 2015. Dr. Shajihan earned her medical degree and completed an internship at Calicut Medical College, Calicut, India. She completed her residency in psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

As one of our signature events, the Fall Classic has been a strong contributor to the programs we offer. This is thanks, in part, to significant community support and growing participation over the years.

The Fall Classic will be held at the New Castle Country Club, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, about 60 miles north of Pittsburgh. The18-hole AW Tillinghast-designed course is a challenge and a pleasure for all skill levels. The 6,600-yard course has long been considered to be a hidden gem and one of the finest courses in the area.
